Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If the item you received is damaged or defective.
Incorrect Items:
- If the wrong item was shipped to you.
Unopened and Unused Items:
- If you change your mind and the item is returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
Workshops and Services:
Cancellations Before Start Date: Refund requests for workshops must be submitted at least 7 days before the workshop start date. Refunds for missed workshops or cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not eligible.
Partial Refunds for Partially Completed Workshops: If you decide to withdraw from a workshop after it has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the unused portion of the workshop. For example, if you enroll in a 3-week robotics course priced at 300 EUR and decide to withdraw after completing 2 weeks, you can request a refund for the remaining 1 week. In this case, you would be refunded 100 EUR (one-third of the total course fee). Refund requests for partial withdrawals must be submitted within 7 days of your decision to withdraw, and the refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused sessions at the time of withdrawal.
Deduction of Additional Costs: Please note that for workshops and services, additional costs may apply and will be deducted from your refund. These may include expenses already incurred by RobotX, such as materials purchased specifically for your participation, third-party bookings (e.g., venue or equipment rentals), or administrative fees associated with your enrollment. Any such deductions will be itemized and communicated to you during the refund approval process.
Service Subscriptions:
- Refund requests for subscriptions must be submitted within 7 days of purchase if no services have been utilized.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
Downloadable software, e-books, or digital courses that have been accessed or downloaded.
Items on sale or marked as final clearance.
Customized or personalized items.
Gift cards.
Workshops or services that have already been attended or utilized.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
Contact Us:
- Email us at shop@robotxworkshops.tech within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the damaged or defective product.
Approval Process:
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item or proceed with the refund.
Return the Item:
- Ship the item back to us within 14 days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refund Issuance:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at shop@robotxworkshops.tech.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
