Registration and Payment

   • Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please retain this email for your records.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Participant Cancellations:

   • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the workshop start date are eligible for a full refund.
   • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop start date are non-refundable.

2. RobotX Cancellations:

   • If RobotX cancels a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Workshop Content and Materials

1. Ownership:

   • All workshop content, including slides, handouts, and materials, are the intellectual property of RobotX and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

2. Access:

   • Participants will receive access to workshop materials as specified during the registration process. Access is limited to personal use only.

Participant Conduct

1. Respectful Behavior:

   • Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and other participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

2. Safety:

   • Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by instructors during hands-on activities. RobotX is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions.

Liability

1. Limitation of Liability:

   • RobotX is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from participation in workshops.

2. Third-Party Venues:

   • If a workshop is held at a third-party venue, RobotX is not liable for issues arising from venue operations.
3. Change of Venue:
   RobotX reserves the right to change the location of onsite course days to another location within the same city at any time. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.

Privacy and Data Protection

1. Personal Information:

   • By registering, you consent to RobotX collecting and using your personal information for workshop-related communications. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

2. Photography and Media:

   • Workshops may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify us in advance.
